The volume is the outcome of the international scientific conference “The ECHR at 70: The Central European Narrative” organised by the Central European Academy and the Ferenc Mádl Institute of Comparative Law dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the entry into force of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).

Central European Academy Law Review Vol. 2 No. 1 (2024)
The first issue of the second volume is segmented into two sections. The first section, titled Flagship Studies, features the work of a distinguished professor, while the second section, titled Articles, showcases research by emerging scholars.
